Will MS Dhoni Play In IPL 2024? CSK CEO Provides Update After Last Home Match of the Season

There has been much speculation among cricket fans all around the world over MS Dhoni’s likely retirement from the IPL. The renowned Indian cricketer has hinted that the current 2023 season will be his last, but his most recent statement to Danny Morrison has only fueled confusion and rumours.

Dhoni’s performance for the Chennai Super Kings in the current IPL season has been remarkable, but he hasn’t yet provided a firm statement regarding his future in the IPL. But according to Dhoni’s former teammate Suresh Raina, after trying to win this year’s competition, Dhoni wants to compete in the IPL next year.

The CEO of the Chennai Super Kings gave a major update on Dhoni’s future after the team’s final home game of the 2023 IPL season. 

The former Indian captain’s participation in the IPL next season is still unclear from the comment, but it is certain that it will increase the buzz around it.

Fans are eagerly awaiting other details because it is obvious that MS Dhoni has made a huge contribution to the IPL and that his legacy in cricket will endure regardless of whether he continues to play in the lucrative tournament.

Dhoni will probably play for another season, according to a CSK CEO.

“We believe MS Dhoni is going to play next season as well, so I hope fans will continue to support us like every time,” CSK CEO Kasi Viswanathan said.
