Cheteshwar Pujara Moves to 16th Rank In Test Batter Rankings After Good Show Against Bangladesh

Cheteshwar Pujara ended his century drought which was prevalent for 3 years with a sensational century against Bangladesh in the 1st Test match at Chattogram. Pujara scored 90 and 102* in the Test match and moved to the 16th rank in the ICC Test rankings for batters.

Banking on Pujara’s superb knocks, India won the Test match by a humongous margin of 188 runs. Notably, this was Cheteshwar Pujara’s first century in 3 years. He would be mighty pleased with his stupendous performance.

Cheteshwara Pujara now has 664 points and is in the 16th position. Rishabh Pant is presently India’s highest rated player and has 794 points. He is in the 6th position. Skipper Rohit Sharma is in the 9th position and has 739 points under his belt.
