IPL 2023 Auction

On December 23 in Kochi, the IPL 2023 auction is scheduled to take place. There are 991 players registered for the auction, and the preliminary list includes some well-known players.

All 10 teams will now receive this list, and they have until December 9 to select the players they wish to see at the auction. The number of players that can be signed by different sides on December 23 is capped at 87 due to multiple teams releasing players before the auction. Of these, no more than 30 foreign cricketers could secure an IPL contract.

Twenty-one players, including names like Ben Stokes, Cameron Green, Kane Williamson, and Sam Curran, have registered themselves at this price. Adil Rashid, Chris Jordan, Craig Overton, Jamie Overton, Phil Salt, and Tom Banton are just a few of the English cricketers who have themselves listed at the highest base price.
