On Friday, December 23, in Kochi, the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2023 auction is scheduled to take place. The 10 franchises will finalise their squads for the 16th IPL season. A maximum of 87 slots will be available in the mini-auction, including slots for 30 foreign players to compete in the league.
Before the IPL 2023 Auction, the Kolkata Knight Riders’ officials have a lot of work to do. The two-time IPL champions’ budget only allows them to spend Rs 7.05 Crore, despite the fact that there are a total of 11 positions that need to be filled.
