On Friday, December 23, in Kochi, the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2023 auction is scheduled to take place. The 10 franchises will finalise their squads for the 16th IPL season. A maximum of 87 slots will be available in the mini-auction, including slots for 30 foreign players to compete in the league.
The Lucknow Super Giants made the playoffs in their first Indian Premier League (IPL) season, which was an amazing start. The Lucknow franchise kept the majority of the players from the previous season before the IPL 2023 auction. Giants will be hoping to fill up their remaining foreign slots during the auction with a respectable budget in hand.
