On Friday, December 23, in Kochi, the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2023 auction is scheduled to take place. The 10 franchises will finalise their squads for the 16th IPL season. A maximum of 87 slots will be available in the mini-auction, including slots for 30 foreign players to compete in the league.
With an auction budget of Rs 42.25 crore, SRH will try to fill four overseas slots. During the IPL 2023 auction, the team is in a stronger position to purchase Stokes, Green, or Curran. Along with the captain position, SRH will also search for a wicketkeeper and a few spinners.
