South African cricket team are set to go one on one with the Indian Cricket Team in September and October of 2019. They are scheduled to play 3 T20I and 3 Test Matches.

South Africans are also scheduled to return for an Indian Tour to play a 3 ODIs in the year 2020. IND vs SA series will be an interesting series to watch. As India is No 1 test team and South Africa is No 3 test team in ICC Test Ranking. If we talk about T20I India is No 3 and South Africa is No 5 T20 Team according to ICC T20 Ranking.
In August 2019, South Africa Cricket Board confirmed that Faf du Plessis would lead South Africa in the test matches, and Quinton de Kock will lead the team in the T20 match. Later in that month, on Jharkhand Cricket Association’s request Committee of Administrators (CoA) agreed to switch the the dates of 2nd and 3rd test, due to the celebration of Durga Puja in Ranchi. Originally Pune was supposed to host the 3rd Test Match. But Pune will host the 2nd IND vs SA test match and Ranchi will host the IND vs SA 3rd Test match.
