Former Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) batter Chris Gayle was one of the most lively and expressive cricketers to have played the sport. A legend of the Indian Premier League (IPL), Chris Gayle has now joined JioCinema as an expert before and during the IPL 2023 mini-auction.
The former RCB opener opened up about his famous moniker, “Universe Boss”. Speaking to News18, Chris Gayle said, “There is only one Universal Boss. There won’t be another one”.
Chris Gayle has mustered 3163 runs for RCB in 84 matches and has 5 centuries under his belt. He was one of the most destructive batters in the IPL and sent shivers down the spines of the opposition bowlers.
“We wanted to win the trophy but that didn’t just happen. I want to see that franchise lifting the cup. RCB will always be my team. I love that franchise and I’m glad that I was a part of it,” Chris Gayle opened up about his former team RCB.
