Ravindra Jadeja, the star Indian all-rounder was back in action in the 1st T20I against Sri Lanka after recovering from the injury. And, the star all-rounder hogged the spotlight when he celebrated his first wicket in the match in All Arjun’s style.

India managed a total of 199 runs for a loss of 2 wickets while batting first. Ishan Kishan and Shreyas Iyer recorded their fifties with their willow. Also, Indian skipper Rohit Sharma played a decent knock of 44 runs off 32 balls.

Ravindra Jadeja was also promoted to the batting order. But, he couldn’t do much and scored only 3 runs off 4 balls. However, he grabbed the important wicket of experienced batsman Dinesh Chandimal in the 10th over of the innings.

The Indian all-rounder bowled a brilliant off-spinner and the batsman failed in reading the length of the ball. The Sri Lankan batsman stepped out of his crease in order to deliver the ball for a six. But, he missed it by enough margin and Ishan Kishan quickly dislodged the bails to dismiss him.

And, after taking the wicket of Dinesh Chandimal, Indian all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja celebrated it in style by following one of the famous actions from Allu Arjun’s latest blockbuster movie “Pushpa”.

Coming onto the match, India won the game by a big margin of 62 runs, and Ishan Kishan was awarded Man of the Match for 89 runs off 56 balls. The visitors have taken a lead by 1-0 in the ongoing T20I series and they will look to take the momentum forward in the upcoming affair that will take place on 26th Feb at Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association Stadium in Dharamsala.
