Time Paine sexting scandal with women involved shocked the cricket world that came into the spotlight back in 2021 in November. Now, the same woman is said to be involved in sharing nudes with Paine’s brother-in-law.

The women’s name is Renee Ferguson and she has asked for one million dollars from Cricket Tasmania. Ms. Ferguson claims that she was harassed by four employees between 2015 and 2017.

Renee Ferguson has filed a sexual harassment claim in the Federal Court

Now, Cricket Tasmania has come up denying every fact put forward by Renee Ferguson. They have said that the women herself used to start sexual conversations as far as government documents are concerned.

The defense has said that the woman herself shared snaps of breasts, open mouth, and the penis of a man to Pain’s brother-in-law. Another instance has been revealed in Ferguson saga that she shared her snap of naked top stating after getting physical with a man.

Also, Mr. Tubb mentioned that he thought of being a good friend of Ms Ferguson and submitted his long chat consisting of 1500 messages with the lady.

‘Mr Tubb admitted that he and [Ms. Ferguson] shared messages but said the messages were mutually exchanged and consensual in nature,’ the court documents claimed as quoted by DailyMail.

‘Mr Tubb said it started as office banter which escalated to more sexual messages and extended into non-work hours.

‘That [Ms Ferguson] continued her contact with Mr Tubb after she resigned appeared to [Cricket Tasmania] to be inconsistent with her claims to have been sexually harassed by him.’

Meanwhile, the board conducted an internal investigation and gave a clean chit to former Aussie skipper Tim Paine as he was not involved in any non-consensual conversation with Ms Ferguson.
