The most recent is Kundra’s involvement in the Porn films case. Kundra and close associate Saurabh Kushwah founded Arms Prime Media Private Limited on February 5, 2019, and said the company sold the app to a company called Kenrin Limited for $25,000. On December 11, 2019, Mr. Kundra resigned from the company. Police said: “Through the investigation, it became clear that Mr. Kundra was involved in creating nude and vulgar videos, uploading them to social networks, and making money by establishing Arms Prime Media Private Limited, the company. continued the application.”
He was charged with 354 C (gratification), 292 (selling, etc. pornography), 293 (selling, etc., sexually explicit material to a young person), 420 (deception and instigating delivery of non-delivery honesty) IPC as well as related provisions of the Law on Information Technology and the Law on Sexual Harassment of Women in the Workplace.
