Season 1 (2014) – Jaipur Pink Panthers

The Jaipur Pink Panthers emerged champions of the first season of Pro Kabaddi. Though they had a stuttering beginning, they went on to win 10 of the 14 league matches during that season. With Maninder Singh as captain, who scored 137 points, the team triumphed over U Mumba in the final by 9 points. Maninder’s Super 10 effort was the highlight of their campaign, and it earned the team a spot on the PKL champions list.

Season 2 (2015) – U Mumba

In PKL Season 2, U Mumba was unbeatable, winning 12 of 14 league games. They had the most tackle points (196) and the highest average tackles per game (12.25). In the final, U Mumba beat Bengaluru Bulls by 6 points, with Shabeer Bappu’s game-winning Super Raid clinching the win. This win put U Mumba in the Pro Kabaddi winners list.

Season 3 (2016) – Patna Pirates

During the 3rd PKL season, Patna Pirates claimed their first Pro Kabaddi title by defeating defending champion U Mumba by 3 points in the exciting final. Pardeep Narwal, with 116 raid points, was the one to watch out for, and Rohit Kumar, with 7 points during the final, was announced as MVP. Season 4 (2016) – Patna Pirates

In Season 4, Patna Pirates won their second successive Pro Kabaddi title, and they became the first team to achieve this. Pardeep Narwal was at the forefront with 133 raid points, and Fazel Atrachali held the defense together with 52 tackle points. Narwal scored 16 points in the final, helping Patna defeat Jaipur Pink Panthers by 8 points and securing their spot in the PKL all season winners list.

Season 5 (2017) – Patna Pirates

Patna Pirates made history in the fifth season of PKL as they achieved a dominant hat-trick of PKL titles. The best player of the lot was Pardeep Narwal, who broke some records, among them being highest raid points-369 and highest super raids-18. A particular raid by him, an 8-point raid against the Haryana Steelers, was an event to be remembered. Patna Pirates beat Gujarat Giants by 17 points in the final and asserted Patna’s supremacy again in the Pro Kabaddi winners list.

Season 6 (2018) – Bangaluru Bulls

In Season 6, Rohit Kumar-led Bengaluru Bulls captured their first-ever Pro Kabaddi trophy in style. Pawan Sehrawat was the star player of the season, winning the MVP award after amassing as many as 282 points. He had an unbelievable game in the final against Gujarat Fortunegiants, garnering as many as 22 points to help the Bengaluru Bulls claim their first title with a margin of 38-33. This win is recorded in the PKL winners list as one of the most competitive seasons.

Season 7 (2019) – Bengal Warriors

In the seventh season of Pro Kabaddi League, Bengal Warriors claimed their first-ever Pro Kabaddi title in a thrilling final against Dabang Delhi K.C. With captain and top raider Maninder Singh, who had scored 205 points this season, ruled out due to a serious injury, Mohammad Esmaeil Nabibakhsh delivered a match-winning Super 10 in the final to guide Bengal Warriors to victory by 5 points.

Season 8 (2021-22) – Dabang Delhi K.C.

In PKL Season 8, Dabang Delhi K.C. won their inaugural Pro Kabaddi title as they beat Patna Pirates in a thrilling final by a margin of just 1 point. In the excellent captaincy of Naveen Kumar, who scored 207 points, for whom it was the second consecutive MVP, Delhi’s victory was a collective effort. The effort came from Vijay Malik, too, who registered a Super 10. This victory marked Dabang Delhi K.C. was the sixth unique team to claim a PKL title and earn their place in the PKL Winners List.

Season 9 (2022) – Jaipur Pink Panthers

In Season 9, 2022, Jaipur Pink Panthers claimed their second Pro Kabaddi title by defeating Puneri Paltan by a margin of 4 points. Arjun Deshwal was awarded the MVP for topping raiding charts with 296 points. Sunil Kumar’s defensive performance and match-winning High 5, Ankush’s record tackle points-89, contributed to team Jaipur’s victory and hence secured a place among the most observed teams in the PKL Winners List.

Season 10 (2023) – Puneri Paltan

Lastly, in Season 10, Puneri Paltan won their first Pro Kabaddi title as they beat Haryana Steelers by 3 points. MVP Aslam Inamdar had excellent support, such as defender Gaurav Khatri and raiders Mohit Goyat and Pankaj Mohite. All-rounder Mohammadreza Shadloui finished atop the tackle points table.

Season 11 (2024) – Haryana Steelers

The 2024 Pro Kabaddi League (PKL) was the eleventh edition of this top kabaddi tournament in India. The season started on October 18, 2024, and ended with the final on December 29, 2024. In a stunning turn of events, the Haryana Steelers won their first PKL title by beating the three-time champions Patna Pirates 32-23 in the final at the Shree Shiv Chhatrapati Sports Complex in Pune. Main players for the Steelers were Mohammadreza Chiyaneh, who played a major role in defense, completing most tackle points (82) and most successful tackles (78) in the season.
