On February 10, 2023, the Women’s T20 World Cup is all set to begin. The tournament will begin with a match between South Africa and Sri Lanka at the Newlands in Cape Town.
The top two teams from each of the two groups of 12 teams, which have been created, will then move on to the semifinals. On Sunday, February 12 at Newlands, Harmanpreet Kaur’s India will play a big match against Pakistan to kick off their tournament. Later that day, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka will square off.
On February 26th, in Cape Town, the big event’s final is slated to take place. The tournament also takes place in Cape Town, Boland Park in Paarl, and St. George’s Park in Gqeberha.
After defeating India in the 2020 World Cup final at the Melbourne Cricket Ground, Australia is the defending champion.
