    The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) made an exciting announcement on Friday regarding the participation of both the men’s and women’s cricket teams in the upcoming Asian Games 2023. 

    This highly anticipated continental tournament will take place in Hangzhou, China later this year, starting on 19th September and concluding on 7th October.

    The men’s squad for the Asian Games 2023 will consist of a second-string team, captained by Ruturaj Gaikwad. On the other hand, the women’s squad will feature a full-strength lineup led by Harmanpreet Kaur. 

    The women’s matches will kick off the cricket events on 19th September and run until 27th September.
