    3-time Big Bash League (BBL) winners, Sydney Sixers will be a team to watch out for in the upcoming BBL 2023-24 competition. They kickstart their tournament with a game versus Melbourne Renegades on 8th December 2023.

    Sydney Sixers had finished in the 2nd position in the previous edition and had notched up 10 wins in 14 games alongside 3 losses. The likes of Moises Henriques, Sean Abbott, Steve Smith and Jordan Silk will be some of the players to watch out for.

    Jordan Silk was the leading run-scorer of Sydney Sixers in the previous edition as he had mustered 363 runs in 14 innings in the tournament.

    Steve Smith too had a good tournament and had scored 346 runs, with a good strike rate. He is considered as one of the best contemporary batters and his presence would be a big shot in the arm for the Sydney Sixers team in BBL 2023-24.

    Sydney Sixers had lost to the eventual runners-up, Brisbane Heat, in the playoffs. They had registered a 4-wicket victory against Brisbane Heat in that playoff game.
