Fortnite Winterfest is the only seasonal event in Fortnite that provides a variety of free gifts. Players can receive up to two free skins and other cosmetics with a Christmas theme each year around Christmas. Across the span of Winterfest, Fortnite players can open 14 Presents to receive 17 free in-game items. This includes two free outfits. Fortnite is offering a plethora of rewards for the players during this period. Winterfest 2022 ends on January 3, 2023 at 9 AM ET, so make sure that you earn all your rewards by then. 14 Free presents
For the 14 days of Winterfest 2022, players can unwrap a fresh present at the Lodge. These 14 presents contain a total of 17 items: two outfits, two gliders, two wraps, three lobby tracks, and three sprays, as well as free back bling, pickaxe, contrail, emote, and emoticon. The two free outfits are the Arctic Adeline Outfit and the Sled Ready Guff Outfit. The Cozy Lodge can be opened from the Lobby via the snowflake tab.
Guff Gringle Outfit
The new Guff Gringle Outfit is available for free to any players who access Fortnite using the Epic Games Launcher between December 13, 2022, and January 3, 2023, at 9 AM ET. During Winterfest 2022, just start Fortnite from the Epic Games Launcher on a PC, go to the Item Shop, and redeem Guff Gringle.
New and returning outfits
Fortnite Winterfest 2022 VIPs Snowdancer and Cozy Knit Jonesy are among the winter Outfits that will be entering the Item Shop throughout the event.
Winterfest 2022 Free Emote
Fortnite players can play in any game mode during Fortnite Winterfest 2022 with five different people from their friends list to unlock the Curling Iron Emote. Grants for rewards start on or around January 6 ET.
