The formal announcement is that on March 19, registration for BGIS 2024 will open, according to BGMI publisher Krafton. Players who are competitive from all around India have been waiting for this announcement for some time.
The third India Series, the first official major BGMI tournament of the year, is open to teams with four players or more. More information on the registration procedure will shortly be made public by the company.
Starting on April 4, Battlegrounds Mobile India Series 2024 will take place. Based on their performance in the prior official tournaments, the tournament organizer will invite a large number of teams directly in the subsequent phases of the competition.
Teams will be shown competing in an official event using a 10-point scoring system for the first time.
BGIS 2024 Registration
Krafton announced on March 16 on social media that the India Series registration will open in only three days.
Registration for the Esports Battlegrounds Mobile India event will be done online, just like it has for prior official competitions. You must provide details such as the names of your teammates, your in-game ID, your birthdate, and more.
The website will list the minimal prerequisites for registering. Teams that meet all eligibility requirements will be the only ones permitted to compete in BGIS.
According to recent statements made by Mazy and a few other commentators, the format of the tournament will alter from its previous two seasons.
A new zone meta will be used for the competition. But as of yet, the organization has not released any formal statements regarding these modifications. Additionally, the prize money for the next India Series is unknown.
Many clubs are now experimenting with new players in their lineups. Several groups, such as Entity and Team Soul, already have strong BGMI rosters.
Gladiator Esports, the reigning champions, also declared their comeback and said they will reveal their new players in the coming days. However, Gods Reign currently fields its previous squad, which took home the BGIS 2023 title.
