Suraj Nityanand “Neyoo” Majumdar, star of BGMI, has signed up with Carnival Gaming as a content creator. He spent more than two years as a member of Team GodLike in the past.
Although the well-known athlete hasn’t made an official announcement about leaving the professional scene, he has been out of his previous club’s active roster for some time.
Between 2019 and 2022, he was regarded as one of the best players in PUBG Mobile/BGMI.
Several content creators have signed on with Carnival Gaming since the company joined the esports market in January of this year. It has also been observed that in the previous four months, a large number of GodLike Esports alumni have joined the company.
The team has also signed Vivone, Yogesh Kathuniya, and Archis Patil recently.
Neyoo Joins Carnival Gaming
Carnival Gaming formally confirmed Neyoo’s signing on May 2, 2024, via their social media accounts. The club announced: Neyoo began competing in esports at the beginning of 2019 and has since represented many major leagues, including Entity Gaming, TSM, and GodLike.
Over the previous five years, he participated in several national and international competitions. In the Battlegrounds Mobile India Series (BGIS) 2021, he gave his finest solo performance and won MVP for his exceptional showing.
Then, in late 2019, while Neyoo was a player with Entity Gaming, he gained fame.
In addition to representing India at the PMCO Global Finals in Kuala Lumpur 2019, where they finished sixth, his squad won the PUBG Mobile Club Open (PMCO) South Asia.
He and his teammates won the PUBG Mobile India Series 2020 while competing with TSM Entity.
In August 2021, GodLike Esports acquired Neyoo and the other former TSM players.
In the Battlegrounds Mobile India Series (BGIS), where Neyoo performed admirably the whole competition, the lineup guaranteed fourth place. The roster competed in the PMGC 2021 Finals as well, finishing 13th overall.
