On September 25, 2023, the BGMI Pro Showdown Season 2 Grand Finals began. Six matches were played on Day 1 amongst the 16 finalists.
With two Chicken Dinners, 97 points, and 43 eliminations, Gods Reign performed well. Big Brother performed well as well, earning 81 points to end the day in second position.
Entity Gaming, which had difficulty in their most recent competitions, performed well on Day 1, earning 77 points and taking third position on the leaderboard.
Orangutan Gaming also performed well, finishing fourth with two Chicken Dinners and 68 points.
Although OR Esports was unable to win any Chicken Dinners, they did achieve 54 points in six games to take fifth place.
At the conclusion of Day 1, Blind Esports finished sixth with 49 points and 29 kills. GodLike Esports finished in seventh place with 45 points, while Team Insane took eighth place with 41 points.
Team Soul got off to a less-than-stellar start, scoring only 30 points. Additionally struggling, Revenant and Gladiators Esports placed 15th and 16th, respectively.

Match Highlights
On Day 1 of the BGMI Pro Showdown Season 2 Grand Finals, Gods Reign dominated, winning the first match with 29 points.
In the day’s second match, Entity Gaming triumphed by a score of 29. Team Soul and Insane scored 19 and 17 points, respectively, in the meanwhile.
The third game of the BGMI Pro Showdown Season 2 Grand Finals Day 1 ended with an incredible 26-point Chicken Dinner for Orangutan. Entity Gaming performed well as well, earning 23 points.
In the fourth game, Gods Reign scored 24 points to claim their second Chicken Dinner.
Big Brother Esports put up a fantastic performance to win the fifth match with 22 points.
With 27 eliminations, Orangutan Gaming claimed their second win in the sixth game of the day.
