By adding a Korean roster, “Gen.G Esports,” one of the top esports organizations in the world, has joined the PUBG Mobile esports scene.
GenG ESPORTS, a new heavyweight competitor, has caused a profound upheaval in the PUBG Mobile esports sector. The Korean powerhouse company has signed a strong four-player lineup, formally joining the battle after months of conjecture.
The roster and squad for PUBG: Battlegrounds were earlier released by Gen.G Esports, a South Korean esports organization.
The organization severed relations with its current roster of players and coaches after a few years of underwhelming performance, raising questions about Gen.G’s future in the cutthroat world of competitive PUBG Battlegrounds.
With this decision, Cha “Pio” Seung-hoon, coach Go “Esther” Jeong-wan, Hwang “DG98” Dae-kwon, Kang “taemin” Tae-min, Seong “Seongjang” Jang-hwan, and Kang “taemin” Tae-min were no longer on the team and were free to pursue other options.
Regarding this roster adjustment, GenG issued a statement saying, “We sincerely appreciate the players for their unwavering passion and dedicated efforts.”
