Australia Women Won

On Tuesday, December 20, the Australians defeated the Indian women 4-1 in the final T20I match of the series. India failed to respond to the Australian middle-order effort, which helped their team reach a massive 196/4 in 20 overs when playing the finest white ball team in the world.

India had nothing to play for in this game other than pride since they had already lost the series. Australia was reduced to 67/4 in the first four overs of the game by Harmanpreet Kaur’s female team. India appeared to have an excellent chance of keeping Australia to 150 runs and winning the match, but those dreams vanished swiftly thanks to Ashleigh Gardner and Grace Harris’ outstanding partnership.

The two women partnered for a 129-run stand and each struck a half-century to bring their total to an enormous 196/4 in 20 overs. Harris scored 64* from 35 pitches, while Gardner remained unbeaten at 66 off 32 balls. With the exception of Harleen Deol’s 24 off 16 and Deepti Sharma’s 53 off 34, India’s response did not pose a danger to lose Smriti Mandhana and Shafali Verma early in the game.

Graham destroyed India women line up

Heather Graham of Australia was the main wrecker, taking four wickets, including a hat-trick. Devika Vaidya and Radha Yadav were both bowled out by Graham in the final two balls of the 13th over, while Renuka Singh was also bowled out in the first ball of the game’s final over. In the game’s final ball, she also eliminated Deepti Sharma, making it a four-fer.
