Imam-ul-Haq is a Pakistani international cricketer. Born in the Syed Sunni Muslim family on December 22, 1995, in Multan, Pakistan The left-hander is only the second Pakistani player to score a century on debut. The left-hander has scored a total of 4727 runs in all formats for Pakistan. 

Although the beginning of the Opening Batter was not easy, many fans and media raised questions about his selection due to him being the nephew of the chief selector, Pakistani cricket legend Inzamam-ul-Haq. But it did not take much time for Imam to answer those questions.

He scored a century against Sri Lanka on his debut and showed the critics that he was selected because of his merit and talent and not because of nepotism. 

Imam bats with a beautiful technique and strong temperament, which are reflected in his ODIs and Test records. He has an average of 48.27 in ODI cricket and has scored 1568 runs in Tests. He also holds the record for scoring four centuries in the first nine matches in ODI history.

Apart from ODIs and Tests, the left-hander has played only 2 T20I matches for Pakistan, in which he could not do much. Although he performed decently in the PSL, scoring 542 runs in 22 matches.
