Kuldeep Yadav is a left-arm unorthodox spin bowler who plays for India and represents Uttar Pradesh in domestic cricket. He was born on 14 December 1994 in Unnao, Uttar Pradesh. He was selected as a replacement in the Indian side when India played against West Indies in October 2014. In February 2017, he came into the Test side of India to feature against Bangladesh.
Kuldeep Yadav is called “Chinaman” due to his unorthodox action and sharp ball-turn. A Chinaman bowler is a left-arm wrist spinner who turns the ball in the opposite direction from the usual spin by using his wrist instead of his fingers.
He debuted for the Delhi side during the 2019 season. He signed the contract with Rajasthan Royals in the year 2021. 2018 has witnessed Yadav’s sale for KKR by auction, followed by Delhi purchasing him in an auction held in 2022.

Kuldeep Yadav was born with humble beginnings. Born in Unnao of Uttar Pradesh, he shifted his base to Kanpur for quality training. Kuldeep’s father, Ram Singh Yadav, is a businessman dealing in bricks, and his mother, Usha Yadav, is a housewife. The cricketer has three sisters: Madhu, Anita, and Anushka.
