Rohit Sharma, regarded as one of the best batters in the world, is back in charge of the Indian team for the three-match ODI series against Sri Lanka. Many spectators gathered to watch the Indian team practise before the assignment’s first game in Assam. Even India captain Rohit Sharma had the chance to speak with a few fans, but things took a turn for the worst as a fan broke down in tears after meeting the Hitman. However, Rohit has shown a tremendous heart and moved closer to the grieving fan.
Due to an injury, Rohit has been out since the ODI series against Bangladesh in December of last year. Both the whole T20I series against Sri Lanka and the two-match Test series against Bangladesh was missed by him. However, the captain will look to regain his best form when he returns to the pitch for the ODIs against the Lankans.
The heartwarming exchange between Rohit and the tearful fan, however, captured everyone’s attention before the start of the season.
