The sixth and final season of Modern Warfare 2 is about to launch, and fans of the Call of Duty franchise are excited, to say the least.
Here is everything that has previously been mentioned for the major update, along with some possible Warzone and Modern Warfare 2 leaks.
Call of Duty Season 6 Start Date
Call of Duty Season 6 ought to debut around September 27 based on how many days are remaining in the battle pass. Typically, these updates go online at roughly 9 AM PT, 12 PM ET.
New 100-tier battle passes for Call of Duty are often included with each new season, and these seasonal passes typically come with at least one operator and two DLC weapons.
Call of Duty Season 6 Details
The majority of seasons contain at least one seasonal event where participants may gain new cosmetics and rewards.
Although it hasn’t been confirmed, Season 6 will probably include a Halloween-themed activity as we’ve seen in other Call of Duty seasons.
A Halloween-themed “The Haunting” event is already planned for Season 6, according to data miners who claim the game’s files. The leaks also say the event will have Diablo-themed operators for Lilith and Butcher.
Spawn, Skeletor from the Masters of the Universe series, Ash Williams from the Evil Dead, Alucard from Hellsing, and a vintage Captain Price based on the Call of Duty 2 character might all be included in Season 6 operator bundles that have already leaked.
Activision hasn’t disclosed or made public any information about the new weaponry included in the Season 6 DLC.
Several submachine guns, handguns, assault rifles, and melee weapons have been introduced in recent seasons, so ideally Season 6 will bring a new light machine gun to Modern Warfare 2’s ever-growing arsenal.
While Call of Duty’s significant seasonal upgrades often include extra maps and game modes, there aren’t any particular leaks or information concerning multiplayer or Warzone.
These upgrades often also contain bug fixes for all modes and weapon balance.
