Players may take part in the annual Mob Vote from October 13 to October 15 before Minecraft Live 2023 launches on October 15.
Fans may choose among three announced mobs during this period, and the winning creature will be included in the next significant game update.
Players this year have an option between three adorably cute mobs, each with a special gameplay function.
The nominees for the Minecraft Mob Vote were unveiled one at a time between October 3 and October 5, each with an own announcement video.
When the Minecraft Live 2023 presentation takes place, only one mob will be selected since each one has distinctive skills to offer.

The final contenders undoubtedly adhered to Jens Bergensten’s statement at a recent conference that the mobs will be cute animals.
This is despite the fact that there were many hypotheses among Minecraft enthusiasts about which creatures would be featured in this year’s Mob Vote. Simply said, this year’s vote is free of hostile mobs
Crab
The mangrove swamp biome is where these semi-aquatic creatures spawn. They can manoeuvre both on land and in the water, and they seem to be able to climb blocks vertically.
Although it’s not yet apparent how players might get crab claws, it has been said that their claws let players put blocks further apart.
Armadillos
Land-based mobs known as armadillos spawn in savanna biomes. Players often curl into a ball to protect themselves when they are near these creatures.
However, armadillos may also drop scute, a turtle-provided item that has previously appeared in the game. Players that acquire armadillo scute may use it to make wolf-tamed armour.
Penguins
Penguins are land-dwelling birds that live in rocky coast biomes, and they may be a little clumsy. Nevertheless, they have great swimming abilities and will even help players while they are on the water.
Penguins may increase player boat speed, however it’s unclear how this will happen or what the approach would be.
