PMGC 2023 Viewership Record

There was an enormous amount of viewing on the third and final day of the final stage. The event drew 300K more views than the 2021 edition and 100,000 more concurrent viewers than the 2022 PMGC.

With an enormous audience of 3.8 million, the 2020 championship season remains the most popular PUBG Mobile event yet.

With a notable rise in total viewership, the PUBG Mobile Global Championship 2023 became one of the most prosperous competitions.

As per a study by Esports Charts, the highest viewership was over 980,110 during the 16th game of the Grand Final on December 10. The game took place at the Erangel map, and China’s STE won a chicken dinner.

With a peak audience of 937K, the 17th match—which took place on the Miramar map—was the second most watched match of the competition. The winners of this clash were the Thai team Faze Clan.

The most popular language was Indonesian, as seen by the 150K+ peak views on the PUBG Mobile Indonesia YouTube channel.

In the PMGC 2023, Bigetron, Morph, and Persija Evos represented the country. But none of the three teams played as well as they could have.

The next Global Championship is slated to take place in December in the United Kingdom. With their new organizational design, Tencent hopes to attract more viewers in the next year.
