Sanjay Manjrekar, the controversial commentator has taken a dig on Ravindra Jadeja once again. And, the latter has come out with a cryptic message for the former Indian cricketer. India is currently playing the three-match ODI series against Australia on their soil. And, they have already lost the series by 2-0 with one match still to go.
During the 2019 World Cup hosted by England and Wales, Sanjay Manjrekar called Jadeja as ‘bit and pieces’ player. For such a statement, the Indian commentator had to face the heat of the fans. Meanwhile, the Indian all-rounder clearly asked Manjrekar to stop his verbal diarrhea. Now, this time Jadeja has well responded through a cryptic post on social media.

Team India lost 1st ODI against Australia by a big margin of 66 runs. During that game, Sanjay Manjrekar said that he has no issues with the left-handed all-rounder. But, a player of his kind doesn’t simply doesn’t deserve a place in his playing eleven
“My selection and thoughts are based on a principle that I have learnt over the years: if you have specialists who can walk-in based on one discipline, you fill your team with those players,” Manjrekar was quoted as saying in The Hindu.
“I do not have a problem with Jadeja; I have a problem with his kind of cricketers in white-ball cricket. Even Hardik Pandya will not be on my team. They add illusionary value to the team. Of course, I have always rated Jadeja highly in the Test format,” he added.
Now Jadeja has come out with a response for the controversial commentator. The 31-year-old took to his official Twitter handle and shared cherishing still with a cup of coffee in his hand. He wrote a cryptic message on his post that read, “Stay Calm.”
Coming onto the ODI series, Australia has outclassed Team India with sheer dominance in the first couple of games. In the series opener, hosts defeated visitors by 66 runs followed by another emphatic win by 51 runs. Aussies have taken a series-winning lead over Team India. Now, they will have an aim to whitewash Virat Kohli & Co. in this three-match series.
On the other hand, Virat Kohli has opted for some big changes in the side for the third ODI. Team India has made four changes in the side with T Natarajan, Shubman Gill, Shardul Thakur, and Kuldeep Yadav coming into the team.
