BCCI announced the schedule for the upcoming season that is slated to start from 26th March with the game between defending champions and 2014 champions.

CSK vs KKR - Who will win the match, Today Match Prediction

CSK will be without many big names that they lost to other teams during the IPL 2022 mega-auction like Faf du Plessis, Shardul Thakur, and others. Also, they will be taking the field without Suresh Raina, who went unsold in the auction in a surprising fashion.

The defending champions will have a totally new template in the IPL 2022 season and will look to defend their title against all the other nine teams.

Chennai Super Kings have suffered a big blow as their star bowler Deepak Chahar has been almost ruled out of the cash-rich league due to an injury. There is an official statement that is yet to be released from the franchise. But, there are rumors that he will not be available for the tournament.

CSK will soon have to find solution for the setback as their practice to start from 8th March.
