Indian Premier League 2022 season is now in full swing and teams are battling out hard in order to get their place reserved in the playoffs. On Thursday, CSK came face to face against LSG and latter ended up winning the high-scoring thriller. During the game, an instance happened on the field that left everyone shocked. Ayush Badoni, the young LSG batsman smirked a long six that went on to hit a female spectator present in the stands.

Ayush Badoni has emerged as a surprise package from the Lucknow Super Giants squad. He smashed a brilliant fifty in Lucknow’s season opener. Also, he was at his best in the 2nd game against Chennai Super Kings.

Ball hits a female spectator

Ayush Badoni played a small cameo of 19 runs off 9 balls that helped LSG in clinching their first victory in the tournament. In the 18th over, the right-handed batsman slammed a long six over mid-on that landed directly over the head of a female fan standing in the stands.

It was a serious instance that left everyone shocked. But, thankfully the female spectator is fine and nothing serious happened.

In the CSK vs LSG game, Evin Lewis emerged as the hero for KL Rahul & Co. The West Indian batsman played an insane knock of 55 runs of 23 balls in order to guide his team to an enthralling victory.

Talking about the points table, Chennai Super Kings currently stands in 10th position after losing two games in a row. On the other hand, Lucknow Super Giants are currently on 6th position with one win and a defeat out of their two games.
