Also, he achieved a milestone of scoring 50 sixes in the exciting tournament history as an individual player.

He was swiftly approaching towards his hundred but Chris Green gave a major setback to Heat by dismissing their skipper in the penultimate over of the game. Later on, Jack Wildermuth hogged the spotlight with his short cameo. He turned the tables for his team with the bat and scored 31 runs off 11 balls studded with big sixes. This helped Brisbane Heat in posting a target of 178 runs for a loss of 6 wickets in stipulated 20 overs.

Jonathan Cook and Daniel Sams grabbed two wickets each in the game. And, they finished as the most successful bowler for their side.
