Sarfaraz Ahmed And Shadab Khan Engaged In A Hilarious Banter Over Pakistan Squad’s Fitness Video

Pakistan is all set to host South Africa for two-Tests and three T20Is. It is going to be a historic series as the latter will play on green men’s land after a long span of time. The longer format series will begin on February 4. Followed by the T20I series starting on February 11. Before the series begins, former Pakistan skipper Sarfaraz Ahmed and spinner Shadab Khan got engaged in hilarious banter on social media.

Pakistan cricket team returns from New Zealand after losing the Test series by 2-0. They will be a bit low in confidence going ahead against South Africa. But, they will get enough support while playing in the home conditions. In the past decade, except for cricket, Pakistan players have been brought under the scanner by the fans for their poor fitness regime. And, Sarfaraz Ahmed is one of the familiar names on that list.

He was trolled by a fan for having a big belly during the 2019 World Cup in England. Now, his teammate has taken a slight hilarious dig over the same. Recently, PCB shared a clip in which Pakistan cricketers were seen training hard in the gym. Meanwhile, Sarfarazwas spotted running on the treadmill.

As soon as Shadab Khan came across the video, he soon took to his official Twitter handle and shared a post that read, “Imam saifi bhai idhr bhe 2 km bhag rahy hain@SarfarazA_54@ImamUlHaq12.” He said that the former skipper is running for about 2 km.

Later on, Sarfaraz Ahmed took to his official handle and shared his opinion over the same. The Pakistan international said that he wants to compete with none other than Proteas batsman Faf du Plessis.

Coming onto the series, Shadab Khan is currently sidelined from the Test series due to injury issues. But, Sarfaraz is picked in the red-ball squad. And, he will try to make his way back into the team. But, he will get a tough competition from Mohammed Rizwan for the wicketkeeper slot.
