Royal Challengers Bangalore signing  Mohammed Azharuddeen committed an exceptional stumping in a local tournament in Kerala. And, the clip of the same instance has gone viral that has received lots of praise from the fans. It was simply exceptional work from the wicketkeeper behind the stumps.

Mohammed Azharuddeen hogged the spotlight for his smashing knock against Mumbai in Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy 2021. He was simply on fire with the bat in the concluded domestic tournament. His performance helped in bagging a contract of INR 20 Lakhs. In the upcoming edition that will begin on April 9, the right-handed batsman will be seen donning RCB’s red-jersey.

RCB New Signing Mohammed Azharuddeen Inflicted Exceptional Run-Out

At the moment, he is playing traits for his state team Kerala in the ongoing President’s Cup T20. He inflicted an exceptional run-out during a match of the domestic tournament. During the game, the batsmen played a stroke with soft hands and tried to complete a single. However, the fielder was quick to gather the ball and throw it towards the wicketkeeper Mohammed Azharuddeen.

Although the throw was not well directed and the gloveman had to go for a big dive. In the clip, it was visible that the youngster was in the air when he inflicted run-out. Although, it was a close call. But, the wicketkeeper was quick enough to dislodge the bails on time. He also played an important knock of 69 runs from 43 balls that helped his team in registering the win.

Royal Challengers Bangalore will be happy to witness such a performance from the youngster. For a long, RCB has been looking out for an Indian player, who can consistently perform with a big impact. It will be interesting to watch if Kerala-born players will get an opportunity to play in the final playing 11 or not.
