Sachin Tendulkar – 99 and 10
Sachin Tendulkar started his career wearing jersey number 99 but switched to jersey number 10 later. While many believed the move is due to some astrological reasons, Sachin later clarified that it was because number 10 is a part of his surname ‘Ten/10’dulkar. This is the reason why Sachin wore the number 10 for the rest of his career.
