Aakash Chopra, the former Indian cricketer turned commentator has made a bold prediction that one ball is expected to be lost in the upcoming Indian Premier League game between Chennai Super Kings and Royal Challengers Bangalore. The game is scheduled to be played at Sharjah Cricket Stadium.
CSK got off to a mesmerizing start in phase-2 of IPL 2021. They won their first game of UAE leg against defending champions Mumbai Indians by 20 runs. On the other hand, RCB lost their game against KKR in a poor fashion.
Aakash Chopra makes a bold prediction
Both the teams have star-studded line-ups in the presence of MS Dhoni, Faf du Plessis, Virat Kohli, AB de Villiers, and Glenn Maxwell. And, the fans have lots of expectations of a thrilling game when these two teams will take the field against each other in the upcoming affair.
In the previous edition when CSK locked horns with RCB, the fans got to witness a cracking encounter. Even the balls were smashed out of the ground. And, who will forget the sight of a spectator taking the ball home from the streets of Sharjah. The same kind of game is once again expected from both sides.
In a recent video released by Aakash Chopra, he has predicted that fans can expect more than 10 sixes in the upcoming affair. And, the chasing side will have an upper hand in the match.
“10 plus sixes in the match,” Chopra was quoted as saying on his YouTube channel. In one of the games, Rajasthan Royals chased down a mammoth target against Punjab Kings after Rahul Tewatia’s heroics at the fag end of the game.
It is known that CSK has a poor record playing in Sharjah. They lost all their three games in the previous edition. However, this season they look quite different and progressive. And, with the kind of momentum they have, it will be a tough task for RCB to grab a win in a crucial game.
